Vehicle Sales
All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Prices, availability, mileage, and specifications are believed accurate but not guaranteed and may change without notice — please contact us to confirm current details before visiting. Vehicles are sold as described at the time of sale; any additional warranty coverage will be documented separately in writing at time of purchase. A completed bill of sale and any required title/registration paperwork govern the final terms of any vehicle sale, taking precedence over anything stated on this website.
Collision Repair Services
Collision repair estimates are based on a visual and/or diagnostic inspection at the time of assessment; additional damage discovered once repair work begins (including hidden structural or mechanical damage) may result in a revised estimate, which we will communicate to you before proceeding with any additional work. We use OEM, aftermarket, and/or quality used parts as appropriate to the repair and as authorized by you or your insurance carrier. Any repair or paint warranty terms will be provided in writing on your final invoice. Vehicles left for repair are subject to our standard storage and pickup terms; please arrange timely pickup once notified your vehicle is ready.
Mechanical Service & Maintenance
Service and repair work is performed based on the diagnosis and authorization on file for that visit. We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond what was originally authorized. Parts and labor warranties, where offered, will be stated on your invoice. Recommended maintenance or repairs identified during a service visit that you decline are noted for your records but are your responsibility going forward.
Estimates & Appointments
Estimates provided by phone, online, or in person are preliminary and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith but may shift due to workload or parts availability; we will do our best to keep you informed.
